SCHWEIZERISCHE GESELLSCHAFT FÜR KULTURGÜTERSCHUTZ

De Schweizerische Gesellschaft für Kulturgüterschutz (Zwitserse Vereniging voor Behoud van Cultureel Erfgoed) werd op 14 mei 1964 opgericht met de bedoeling de federale, kantonnale en gemeentelijke overheden in Zwitserland bij te staan bij de bescherming van het Zwitsers cultureel erfgoed. De vereniging is actief in alle streken van het land.
De doelstellingen van de vereniging zijn

• de kennis over en het genot dat men kan halen uit het cultureel arfgoed bekend maken en aanmoedigen
• het grote publiek sensibiliseren voor de noodzaak van het behoud van cultureel erfgoed
• de verschillende overheden bijstaan bij de opleiding van bv. de brandweer, het leger, de burgerlijke bescherming en andere diensten voor de instandhouding en redding van erfgoed
• Informatie doorspelen en advies geven aan burgers en overheidsinstellingen
• actief meewerken aan de internationale inspanningen voor het behoud van erfgoed

The Swiss Society for Cultural Property Protection was founded on 14 Mai 1964, with the aim is to assist Federal, Cantonal and Municipal authorities in their duty to protect the cultural heritage of Switzerland. The society is active in all parts of the country.
The association

• promotes knowledge about and pleasure of cultural property
• sensitizes a larger public for the need to protect cultural property
• assists the authorities in instruction and training of firebrigades, armed forces, police, civil defence, safeguard of monuments
• transmits information and consulting advices to private owners of cultural property
• cooperates actively in international efforts to protect cultural property worldwide

Die Schweizerische Gesellschaft für Kulturgüterschutz (SGKGS) wurde am 14. Mai 1964 gegründet. Sie hat sich als private Vereinigung zum Ziel gesetzt, in Zusammenarbeit Bund, Kantonen und Gemeinden die Öffentlichkeit für den Erhalt der Kulturgüter zu sensibilisieren und zum Schutz gefährdeter Kulturgüter aktiv beizutragen.
Das Verein wolt

• Kenntnis und Freude an den zahlreichen Kulturgütern der Schweiz fördern;
• den Kulturgüterschutzgedanken einer breiten Öffentlichkeit näher bringen;
• Bund, Kantone und Gemeinden bei der fachlichen Aus- und Weiterbildung von Angehörigen der Armee, der Feuerwehr, des Zivilschutzes und der Polizei unterstützen;
• Privatbesitzer und kulturelle Institutionen über Neuerungen im Kulturgüterschutz informieren;
• Aktiv an den internationalen Bemühungen zur weltweiten Förderung des Kulturgüter-schutzes mitwirken.

La Société suisse pour la protection des biens culturels (SSPBC) a été fondée à Zurich, le 14 mai 1964. En tant qu'institution de droit privé, son but est, en collaboration avec les organes officiels de la Confédération, des cantons et des communes, de sensibiliser le public pour la conservation des biens culturels et de contribuer à la protection des biens culturels menacés.
Les buts de société sont les suivants:

• Eveiller les connaissances et le plaisir pour les nombreux biens culturels
• Faire connaître la protection des biens culturels à un large public
• Soutenir la Confédération, les cantons et les communes pour la formation spécialisée, le perfectionnement des organes tels que les sapeurs-pompiers, l'armée, la police, la protection civile, la protection des monuments historiques, la construction, la culture et les privés
• Procurer des renseignements et conseils aux propriétaires particuliers de biens culturels de grande valeur
• Participer activement aux efforts internationaux pour propager sur le plan international la protection des biens culturels.
